Co-Owner, Field Manager
Jose discovered his passion for construction in his mid-20s, a journey that led him to co-found Superior Drywall Inc. in 2002 after years of refining his craft. Having lived and worked in Albemarle County for nearly three decades, he has built extensive expertise in drywall installation, painting, and project management. Driven by a strong work ethic and a genuine appreciation for hands-on work, Jose continues to expand his skills and deepen his knowledge in the field.
Nancy Guzman
Co-Owner, Office Support
Nancy brings over 30 years of invaluable customer service experience to Superior Drywall Inc, making her an indispensable asset to the team. Renowned for her honesty, responsiveness, and clear communication, Nancy is dedicated to building lasting relationships with every client she serves. Her commitment ensures each customer's goals are truly heard and achieved through genuine collaboration among the client, contractor, and trade professionals.
Diego Guzman
Bookkeeping & Employee Relations Lead
Growing up around construction, Diego began working with his father at an early age. Knowing that our employees are at the heart of our success, Diego is the main contact for the “internal customer.” We are proud that many of our employees have been with us since the inception of our company. Additionally, Diego is responsible for much of the company’s financial functions.
